The process starts with a 3D scan of the feet for an accurately formed digital last and fitting foil. With our user-friendly software you can model the lasts in 5 minutes.
After modeling the lasts, the foil test shoe is automatically generated in the software. With our special filament for test shoes you can easily print them in 3D.
During a physical appointment with the client, you check whether adjustments are needed to the orthopedic last.
If adjustments are required to the last after the fitting session with the foil shoe, you can process these digitally in the modeling software.
The orthopedic lasts are ready to be printed. You can use our standard last filament or filament made of biodegradable wood for this.
You can also easily model the supplements in our software and can then be printed with our 'Insole & Midsole Filament Black'.

One spool contains 1 kg of filament. On average, 7 pairs of foil test shoes can be printed with this. We also have a 250 gram test coil available on request.
